Starting with USDA Organic Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Chile de Arbol and Habanero chilis are added to provide an aroma and kick of spice. This oil will tingle the palate without burning and is a wonderful enhancement to Spanish, Italian or Asian dishes. Use on grilled fish and vegetables, pizza and stir fry. We use to to brighten and add some heat to Cioppino seafood stew. Harvested December 2021 and bottled to order.
