My Inspiration

Remembering times where the memories of an enjoyed, beautiful, leisurely gathering at home with family and friends continues to inspire me to want more time with my loved ones. What I mean is preparing a meal complete with delicious aromas, textures, and flavors with all of you around the table: no phones, no TV blaring in the background, and a real for-true, nobody-rushing-to-leave-the-table, forget-about-chores-and-email-and-homework gathering, with conversation and laughter and love. A special moment all together is worth every minute of time from everyone who is able to join.  

So no matter what the gathering entails, in the end, it's a simple and enduring combination of ingredients, made unique with what hosts and guests infuse those moments with. To help you achieve a more flawless and fun-filled gathering (and lots of love, fun and laughter) Parish Avenue was created.

We enjoy trying different tastes, combining foods and adding them to our own individual cooking styles.
